Carolyn went beyond the call of duty
I can't say enough about Carolyn and Lone Peak Concierge. This is hands down the most professional and helpful person and company I have ever worked with. Carolyn went beyond the call of duty and helped me with transportation to and from our sons wedding in Big Sky to steaming all the groomsmen tuxes. She was very thorough and made sure my family was well taken care of. Thank you Carolyn for helping to make our family wedding weekend the most memorable experience.

Orchestrating with flawless detail, and real estate acumen
Congratulations for arranging our excellent week for my family and me in Big Sky, Montana. The complex organization you achieved for planning and orchestrating our daily activities, dining and lodging was both flawless and qualitative. There was tremendous work involved in the planning our vacation in Montana, and you executed it with mastery and flawless detail. Your knowledge of the State, the locals, and working with qualified vendors, made a world of difference to our family vacation. When we next are to Big Sky, I will hire Lone Peak to plan our week and who knows, if we decide to purchase property in Big Sky, we will utilize your excellent real estate acumen. Carolyn was able to create a bespoke experience
Most helpful benefit
I was unfamiliar with the Big Sky area and also did not want to spend time reading all the reviews to know which experiences, restaurants, etc were a good fit for our group. Carolyn's company listened to our needs and was able to create a bespoke itinerary that fit our preferences without us having to do a lot of research.
Our experience
The process was fairly straight forward. I was able to provide an overview of our group, ideas on the types of activities we'd be interested in completing and Carolyn made recommendations and provided options to pick from. She also came up with other ideas that we had not thought about.
The recommended outfitters
All were great. The chuck wagon dinner was the only thing the group wasn't pumped about as it was expensive and they ran out of food (but not a huge deal).
I would absolutely recommend Carolyn's Big Sky itinerary planning to others. I think having a local's perspective is unique and cannot get from reading reviews. It was nice to have someone to contact while in Big Sky as well to ask questions and make reservations. If someone had a lot of time on their hands then they could definitely find all the gems but it was a good value for what we needed.

Absolutely incredible trip you planned for our family in Big Sky!
As we drive back to Kansas City today, this feels like my first opportunity to properly thank you for the absolutely incredible trip you planned for our family in Big Sky!
We all agreed that this was the very best trip we have ever been on, and a huge part of that was our time and activities in Big Sky. You could not have made our trip more seamless - every guide/outfitter you suggested was excellent (especially Derek - WOW), the people were warm and friendly, restaurants were excellent and as promised, Montana is gorgeous! And Nancy was absolutely fabulous! We literally would not have changed one single thing about our trip.
A most sincere thank you for all of your work, arranging and time both leading up to and during our stay. We will be highly recommending you to anyone we know coming your direction and we will definitely be back!

Simply amazing!!
Simply amazing!! Nancy (a private chef Carolyn arranged for us) was just so lovely and fun, and the dinner was incredible. We had so much fun! :) here’s a pic of us at our outdoor table with our friends. Thank you for sending her our way!

Amazing, friendly, engaging go-getter attitude
Carolyn did amazing work creating a memorable experience for a friend’s milestone birthday! After having to cancel a planned group gathering due to the darn pandemic, I reached out to Carolyn to see if she could rise to the task of making magic happen for a friend celebrating solo in a hotel room for her big day. I supplied a list of items to gather including floral arrangements, decorations, refreshments, and other specialty items. Carolyn created a detailed and thorough breakdown of the costs given the local Big Sky market and she even was able to get a specialty print made in a week’s notice time. Day of the “event” she set up the room prior to arrival and even picked up and delivered a specialty dinner that evening. My friend was blown away by the surprise and I couldn’t be more grateful to Carolyn for making it all come together with a friendly, engaging, go-getter attitude!
